Schools at the heart of sustainable communities

Schools play a vital role within the development of sustainable communities.  The panel will explore what this means for strategic planning and policy, as well as the delivery and ongoing role of school infrastructure. The panel will include perspectives from the Department of Education and Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, from a principal leading a new school in a developing community, and from Scottish Futures Trust on the Scottish experience of joined-up investment for impact.
