This is helping to deliver the Group’s ambitious plans for growth and ensure it remains at the forefront of the ‘digital revolution’ in the offsite sector and in the wider construction industry across the UK and Ireland.
After graduating in architecture, Lorraine worked as a project architect for a number of years, specialising in healthcare and education projects. She has significant experience in design and project management, working in both consultant and contractor roles.

The McAvoy Group offers the full range of design, manufacturing, fitting out and construction services for the delivery of high quality, affordable and sustainable buildings in the education, health, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors.
This award-winning business has been successfully delivering bespoke, fast-track offsite schemes and interim modular buildings for almost 50 years. Its projects are completed in up to half the time of in-situ construction, with significantly less impact on the environment, greater certainty of completion on time and budget and a highly flexible, agile approach to building.
