Adrian Farrelly is an Assistant Principal Officer in the Department of Education and Youth, having joined in March 2025. He is responsible for the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across the department’s Capital Works Programme, with a focus on improving project delivery, coordination, and digital integration across the construction lifecycle.

Adrian brings extensive industry experience across both public and private sectors. His previous roles include ETB Buildings Officer, Local Authority Engineering Clerk of Works, and Associate in architectural practice.

He is a qualified Project Manager, Architectural Technologist, and Civil Engineer. Adrian’s multidisciplinary background informs his practical and collaborative approach to driving innovation and efficiency in construction projects.
