Carolyn has led major education capital programmes across Ireland and the UK, with expertise in standardisation, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), and the delivery of complex projects at scale. Her experience spans Department of Education programmes, university developments, and primary and secondary schools across both the public and private sectors. She has also played a key role in the delivery of specialist SEND facilities, including Paddock School, which was awarded Project of the Year: Inclusive Design at the Education Estates Awards 2026. Carolyn is currently leading the Innovate Schools Programme in Dublin, helping to shape the next generation of educational infrastructure.
