Carolyn has led major education capital programmes across Ireland and the UK, specialising in standardisation, MMC integration, and complex programme delivery. Her portfolio spans the Department of Education, university developments and primary and secondary schools in both public and private sectors. In addition she has been involved with SEND schools including a new facility from inception to delivery that was shortlisted for an award in February 2026. She is currently the project lead for the Innovate Schools Programme here in Dublin
