Cillian Murphy is a Senior Structural Engineer in the Department of Education and Youth Building & Planning Unit in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Cillian provides professional and technical advice across multiple delivery streams and current leads the Department ’s newest capital delivery programme, Programme Innovate. Cillian is a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years ’ experience working in the building infrastructure sector, both public and private, across Ireland and New Zealand. He has led the design and delivery of a wide range of commercial, residential, and educational projects, including large scale educational capital delivery programmes.
