Responsible for the delivery of all Higher Education infrastructure delivery programmes, including the Higher Education PPP Bundles 1&2.  There are 11 projects in total being progressed through the HE PPP programme. Bundle 1 consisting of six projects, which have all been handed over to the HEI's. There are five projects currently under construction in Bundle 2. The investment is considered a key enabler of the role of Technological Universities, in driving economic growth, particularly at regional level.  It will significantly expand student enrolment capacity across the participating institutions, with a focus on areas of key skills needs (particularly STEM).
