Eoin is a Senior Architect in the Planning and Building Unit of the Department of Education and Youth, where he serves as architectural co-lead on the Additional School Accommodation Programme, delivering permanent extensions to existing schools across Ireland. His work focuses on the integration of Special Educational Needs (SEN) spaces within the wider school environment, promoting inclusive educational settings. Prior to joining the department, Eoin worked as a project architect with a number of award-winning practices in Ireland and the UK. He has a particular interest in historic buildings, adaptive reuse, and carbon reduction in the built environment.
