John Gorman is the principal of Rosses Community School in West Donegal , 2007- present. John has been in education for 33 years and overseen 8 major capital projects in that period. The school has fully embraced the spirit of inclusion for over 19 years now and has led the way in terms of provision of education for all learners, particularly in ASD provision. The school has tried to marry design to closely match the provision of the holistic needs of all learners. A number of innovative sports and community projects have been driven also in the school. Over the last 25 years the school and John have worked closely with design teams such as Axo to create innovative educational spaces.
