Rosie Webb is Head of Decarbonisation at Technological University Dublin where she develops, oversees, coordinates and reports on the implementation of the University’s Climate Action Roadmap. Working closely with professional services teams, faculties and schools, she develops the frameworks and action plans to deliver the University climate targets. She has extensive experience in climate action project management and planning, urban design and architecture, developing strategic programmes of work to enable compact, climate neutral urban development and neighbourhood revitalisation. She is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and registered architect in the state of Illinois. Prior to her role in the University, she worked in Limerick and Galway local authorities for over 20 years and in private practice in London, Chicago and Dublin. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Cornell University in the USA and a Masters in Architecture (Urban Design) from University of Limerick.
