Simon is a Programme Lead in the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA). Since joining the NDFA in 2013 Simon has been involved in the delivery of a wide range of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Design & Build projects in the areas of education, justice, health, and housing. A key focus of Simon’s current work is the quality of project delivery with a particular consideration of the way that design to facilitate off-site construction and standardisation can be utilised to reduce costs while increasing quality. A Registered Architect, prior to joining the NDFA Simon worked in the private sector on a range of commercial, and educational and housing projects.
