Stephen Brophy is head of Public Sector and Enterprise Energy Efficiency in the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, with responsibility for the Public Sector Pathfinder programme and commercial and industrial retrofit programmes including the Business Energy Upgrade Scheme, Non-Domestic Microgen and EXEED, as well as the Energy Efficiency Obligation scheme. Stephen has a background in Economics and Governance across the Public Sector and formerly served on the board of An Bord Pleanala.
