Stephen Finch has been a Director of Semple & McKillop since 2010. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland, he brings over 30 years of experience in MEP with has extensive expertise across multiple sectors, particularly in education, healthcare, and residential developments. Stephen is the Project Director on Programme Innovate; 4 schools across three campuses and has delivered over 70 new build schools and extensions for the Department of Education, helping to deliver exemplar low-carbon educational facilities through innovative and sustainable building services design. He is committed to integrating low-carbon, energy-efficient design solutions that support sustainable communities and create future-ready schools for generations to come.
